SUMMARY:
Achieve major work results by directing all department managers/supervisors.
 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Control production operations
  • Continuous improvement of all operations
  • Meeting product quality standards
  • Execution of current production schedule
  • Maintenance of processing standards
  • Enforcement of safety policies
  • Staffing requirements
  • Best practice experience
  • QAD (ERP) utilization
  • Collaboration to drive development of new processes
